IBS: The Patient’s Perspective. ‘What do we want from research?’

In celebration of the 25th anniversary of The IBS Network, a special conference was held on 16th April 2016; entitled IBS: The Patient’s Perspective.

This conference consisted of a unique series of presentations featuring important questions brought forward from the opinions and experience of real people living with IBS, followed directly with a response from a leading IBS medical experts.

Leonie King (Team Leader at Kings College Hospital in General & Intensive Care / IBS Patient of 13 years) asks Professor Alex Ford (Senior Lecturer in Medicine and Honorary Consultant Gastroenterologist at St. James’s University Hospital, Leeds.), ‘What do we want from research?’
