Acid Reflux diet tips and dangers

We all experience acid reflux symptoms sometimes. Because we are all individuals, we find that our sensitivity to food is equally varied. The causes of acid reflux can be linked to food allergies and sensitivity to certain food groups such as lactose or wheat.
